Our goal is to dismantle systems of oppression in order to create a society rooted in anti-racism.

Anti-racism, inclusion and accountability are core values built into the fabric of Spark Insights. Our team, founder, consultants and even board members all have personal lived experiences of marginalisation.

This includes (but is not limited to): being racialised, disabled, identifying as LGBTQIA+, experiencing mental health problems, debt, economic disadvantage, migration and seeking refuge, and not having English as a first language.

    Each and every member of our team has personal experience of marginalisation which fuels our ambition to create change.

    Whether it is academic, professional or first hand, our team has deep knowledge of issues from healthcare, to the migrant and re-settlement experiences, navigating gender and sexuality, language barriers, social exclusion and racial trauma.

  • We are deeply rooted in community

    Our team and collaborators wear multiple hats; alongside working with us, they are activists, entrepreneurs, campaigners and community leaders. This enriches the knowledge they hold.
