• We are committed to dismantling the current systems of oppression that negatively impact people experiencing marginalisation. We develop and provide tools and resources to pave the way for long lasting, constructive change within organisations that seek to better support and uplift people experiencing marginalisation.

  • We are passionate about unlearning and relearning. We take responsibility for our own unlearning of what we have previously been taught regarding our shared history and society, and work with clients and partners to relearn together.

  • We communicate openly and honestly with everyone we work with. This includes our clients, stakeholders, community members and one another.

  • We are committed to establishing a supportive working environment, where people care for one another, operating with kindness and compassion in everything we do. This means trying to operate in a non-hierarchical way as much as possible, actively collaborating with one another to make a positive impact on projects and people we work with.

How we work with clients

How we deliver our work

We embed human-centred design in everything we do.

We put real people and real experiences at the centre of everything we design and deliver. Every person that interacts with us is treated with respect, empathy and kindness.

Our work centres lived experiences.

We believe that in order to understand the experiences, choices and realities of people, we must listen to their stories and experiences. Our work is informed by lived experiences, whether that is our research, our workshops or simply how we work with each other and our clients.

Intersectionality through inclusion.

We understand that different parts of our identity can give us an advantage in our society over others or contribute towards marginalisation and exclusion. All our work takes place with an intersectional approach; we believe inclusion must be intersectional.
